Victory is at hand! God provides more comfort in the book of Ephesians. “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. What Does the Bible Have to Do with Finances?
The Bible is very clear about how we should handle our finances. God wants to abundantly bless those who obey His Word in this all-important area. Why do you think there are more than twenty-three hundred verses in the Bible about money? Is it a coincidence?
I am convinced that the majority of financial problems facing Americans today are the result of a failure to obey God’s provision of guidelines concerning how He wants us to manage the money He entrusts to us. This failure in turn limits His ability to bless us financially.
As a parent, do you reward your children for foolish behavior or do you sometimes allow them to endure pain so they will learn lessons? God uses money to teach us lessons in life.
