Return Policy
You may return ONLY return items that are damaged or defective and were purchased from FBM.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You may expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Please send all returns to FBM along with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
