I'm constantly reviewing what's working and what's not working in my business. I hire new coaches all the time and get rid of them if they're not working for me. I'm stunned that more people don't run their families like a business. We'd all like them to become more effective but I don't see many taking the initiative to do anything about it. Great post Jay.
